News Flash!!!! This layout ran from November 29-January 24 and ran 810 REAL Miles while on display and over 3,200 Scale Miles, WITHOUT A DERAILMENT!!!!! This layout has been sold!!! It is now operating in it's new home in Cabot, Arkansas. Congratulations to Mr. & Mrs. Dennis Williams on your new layout! A Christmas Fantasy Display, built by Arkansas Traveler Hobbies, will be opened November 29 at the Museum of Discovery, on the Riverfront, in Little Rock, AR. The layout will run through the Christmas Season. The bench work was built by Bud Gregory and the layout design, construction and custom detailing was done by Craig Christiansen, owner of Arkansas Traveler Hobbies. The display will have two outside loops of Gargraves 3-Rail track and one small loop of old style 3-Rail around a 7 foot Blue Spruce Christmas tree. Flocked K & S Scenery Products trees were used through out the layout. MTH will be the main component of the display. It features the MTH ESSO Operating Station, a MTH Depot Custom Painted by Kevin Jones, the MTH Farm House and Church. Two Rite Trax® Double Tunnel Portals.were used to take the trains through a tunnel of brightly colored foil wrapped presents.
All motive power running will be current MTH offerings, including a Railking Genesis Amtrak Superliner Train Set
