Premium service up to 3.0Mbps download speed: 49.95 sign up fee, 39.95 first months service fee, 4.95 for equipment usage. After that it will be 39.95 per month service fee plus the 4.95 for equipment usage for a total of 44.90 per month. Extreme Plan up to 6.0Mbps download speed: 49.95 signup fee, 59.95 first months service fee, 4.95 for equipment usage. After that it will be 59.95 per month service fee plus the 4.95 for equipment usage for a total of 64.90 per month.
